Overview
A strong collective result for the club
NLS Open was organized by Bryne SK in Bryne, in Time municipality, on March 14-15, 2026. The competition took place in a 5-lane pool and gathered 135 swimmers from 14 swimming clubs.
A total of 35 different race types were on the program. Stavanger Vannpoloklubb attended with 13 swimmers and delivered an outstanding collective result: 23 medals from 37 starts, including 19 gold medals.
Among the participants were 69 female swimmers and 66 male swimmers, making it a well-attended and competitive weekend. Our swimmers showed great team spirit, strong focus and excellent performances throughout the meet.
New club shirts
A new generation of Stavanger Vannpoloklubb shirts
This weekend was also an opportunity to introduce a new generation of club shirts. The new shirts keep the Stavanger Vannpoloklubb identity while giving the team a cleaner, sharper and more unified look on pool deck.
They were already visible in Bryne and gave the group a strong team presence throughout the meet. We are proud to see our swimmers and coaches representing the club in this new visual identity.
