Clear roles and responsibilities
The club should have clearly defined responsibilities between the board, coaches, volunteers and members. That makes decisions easier to understand and easier to follow up.
Good governance also means documentation, predictability and open communication around finances, priorities and the long-term development of the club.
Four guiding principles
These are four areas we want to highlight as we develop the club’s charters and internal guidelines.
Safety for all members
The club should be a place where children, teenagers and adults experience respect, support and clear boundaries.
Inclusion in practice
We want to build a culture where different roles, levels and backgrounds are met with the same value and attention.

SVK should stand for honesty, sportsmanship and responsibility toward members, partners and the local community.
